The Leader Academy
The Leader Academy course is an interactive, live comprehensive six-part program designed to provide newly appointed managers with the fundamental knowledge, skills, and tools required to excel in their leadership roles. Logistics: Each 90 minute session (six total) is conducted via Zoom with a maximum of 20 participants, with a live executive instructor guiding the discussion. There is no assigned homework between sessions other than personally driven learning time based on the material presented, and is ideal for busy professionals who have tight schedules.
Prerequisites: No specific prerequisites are required for enrollment in this course. It is beneficial for participants to have some work experience and familiarity with team dynamics, but not mandatory.
